Stefan Lammers
Stefan Lammers has more than 25 years of work experience, with more than ten
years in executive positions. Stefan fostered the successful growth of the
credit card, MasterCard / Eurocard, in Germany. He also led some major
projects for Deutsche Bank and developed the payment provider Easycash as an
independent subsidiary. As Managing Director and Member of the European
Board of Experian Germany, he was responsible for enlarging the circulation
of debit and loyalty cards and increasing customer retention for companies
such as, Douglas and Kaufhof.
In 2000, he founded his own management consulting firm, Stefan Lammers
Business Building, which focuses on consulting and coaching for change and
growth. The firm also offers moderation activities and workshops and
integration consulting with China. He and his team offer their services in
Germany, Europe and Asia. Stefan is one of a few certified coaches of
economics by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Moreover, he is
certified as a Systemic Organizational Developer. He is educated in Sport
Psychology and was the first European to be trained in China as a REN-Coach.
Today, Stefan Lammers is one among the Top Executive Coaches in Germany.
He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Hongkong
International Coaching Community (HKICC) and an Expert member of the
European Community of Marketing and Sales (Club 55).
