Our own experience and the demands of our customers have led us to found SLBB. After many years as a sole trader, SLBB gives us many more options for our work with our clients. Especially in the course of the transformation of the economy, we are thus in a position to bring even larger and long-term consulting projects to success for our clients.

Stefan Lammers stands for high performance.
He has many years of management experience, including as CEO and member of the supervisory board. Therefore, he is not only a consultant, but also familiar with the corporate world, DAX 30 companies, successful medium-sized businesses and well-known start-ups from his own many years of experience.
His motto is "work instead of impress". He draws his impulses from more than 18 years of activity in executive and C-level coaching and consulting. He has expanded these through profound international top training at renowned institutes, among others as Executive Coach UC Berkeley and systemic organizational consultant as well as Chinese REN-Coach and Coach of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He builds on the references of first-class clients. He expects and receives regular FeedForward from inspiring personalities and continuously sharpens his role as a top consultant. As a sparring partner, he gives you his unsparing feedback in a way you are not used to from your feedback-poor environment.
